You preparing something? So I keep calm my fingers.

I found a little issue that could be improved while installing the
zarafa-server with the database setup. The setup doesn't respect if the
SQL server isn't running locally respectively doesn't check that. But
now I must identify why the install of a mysql-server isn't going well.
