Just started to import the new source and try to build ...

libctmalloc_minimal is now breaking, probably Debian is now to old :)
But I just disabled it for now.

But after right the end of the configure script a error happen I could
not really figure out because I can't find the remarked file.

The required file pwdcheck.sh isn't there, not on the source tarball or
in older releases, probably you forgot to expand EXTRA_DIST in the
Makefile.am, so it's not shipped.
