your are right, it's probably a false positive. I'm not sure but should
be JSON, I'm not a web developer. But we have to clear the situation
before we upload such code.
One thing insight the files is disappointing me a little bit and think
this could be a reason that could make the code unfit to place this not
into the main repo. The translation gets a hint the user have to
download Adobe Flash to be able to import images from MS Office. That's
clearly a suggestion to install non-free software.

But I don't know enough about this plugin to estimate if could simply
patch this out to solve this. Let's have a look together at the Zarafa
Meeting.

Yes, it's a little bit like above, if we can skip this file while
importing the source and the this doesn't restrict the usability too
much then I would solve this by removing the *.swf. Hopefully there are
HTML5 possibilities in the future that make flash more and more obsolete.
