Are there significant changes over the currently packaged RCs when not
using Outlook?

Anyways that's a good point to update the uscan filter to filter out the
php stuff (I removed it directly from the upstream branch). Any takers?

FWIW the current version is currently waiting in NEW:

Once this is through we can finally use the Debian Bug tracker to track
open issues.
