[Pkg-giraffe-discuss] zarafa-webapp-files seems not completely translated in the UI

Hello,

while doing visual testing things inside zarafa-webapp after the import
of version 2.1.1 it seems to me that the 'plugin zarafa-webapp-files'
isn't completely translated. Even if I switch from German to the Dutch
language the main parts within the menus are in English. :)
While looking at the build log you see there are copied the preshipped
*.mo files for the -files. So these files probably outdated.

As far as I understand the control file 'plugins/files/build.xml'
contains actions for msgfmt but for me it looks like it doesn't detect
the msgfmt tool if I look into the build log.
For the main application zarafa-webapp the msgfmt part works fine as
visible in the log.
Java and the Ant build system is quite something I have never looked at,
so can please look someone with deeper knowledge take a look at it and
hopefully fix this?

The files I have looked are

and

  plugins/files/build.xml
