I think this explicit dependency isn't needed. debhelper is depending
po-debconf and this package has a dependcy on gettext. I just added
liblocale-msgfmt-perl to the build-dep and the *.po file translation for
zarafa-webapp server was/is working without a the additional depending
on gettext.

gettext is automatically pulled here. But maybe I should recreate the
sid chroot.

Yes, but it's working here even I remove all created files, maybe I had
have to note the changelog file has to be readjusted to the new imported
source version. I haven't recreated a new changelog entry.

But for the needed pristine-tar branch I will do a new import of the
latest source. At some point we need now the pristine-tar branch. Today
I wont do that.
