No I don't think we want to break / remove major features in a minor release.
This change however was a bit unfortunate and I pushed this through so that the Debian <-> Zarafa
packages are more the same which should benefit us both.

Related to that, I've made htcaccess a "configuration" file in our new package by symlinking it from
/etc/zarafa/webapp/.htaccess => /usr/share/zarafa-webapp/.htcaccess. Since some people want to make
their own changes to and don't want it to be overridden by a package update.
