[Pkg-giraffe-discuss] missing -I${top_builddir}/common/include in $ZCPPFLAGS version ZCP 7.2.2.370

Hello Mark,

while importing version 7.2.2.370 into the Debian tree I figured out
that the configure.ac is missing a needed include directory for out of
tree builds.

Especially the header zconfig.h is created in the out of tree directory
and a build is failing because the header can't be found.

The appended patch fix this.
Maybe you guys want to include this in one of the next releases as the
current behavior is a regression that should be fixed.

After applying this patch I can build all the things until the gsoap
header issue is popping up.
