I've successfully imported the new upstream version 2.8.29 and modified
the patch queue a little bit to get a build started.
Unfortunately there are more tweeks needed to get a complete build of
the gsoap packages and I don't wanted to dive into the magic interns of
gsoap.
As a new version shouldn't be a bad thing I opened up a whishlist bug
now for Debian packages of gsoap 2.8.29
