Hi,

just had a quick look at d-push in Debian.

It appears the latest uploaded version is quite a bit outdated, also
there are a few open bug reports. However there are commits in the
repo for a 2.1 version.
The trademark issue is still present according to the latest LICENSE
file in the upstream repository [1]. My understanding is, that Zarafa
will look into this, as it has already changed things for the Zarafa
packages.
