[Pkg-giraffe-discuss] Update of the package signing key for pkg-giraffe

Hello,

Matthias has done a set up of a package repository for pkg-giraffe on
the DGM9 in Essen this year. I've uploaded the current package state
that is waiting in the NEW queue into this repository last weekend.

Unfortunately the signing from Matthias was using a SHA1 digest that
isn't accepted by apt in version >= 1.2.7 any more.

I created a new key rsa2048/0xAE3AAB3E2F45C0A0 and rebuild the keyring
for the uploaders.
I've done the re-signing of the uploaded packages. So for me I'm able to
install packages from pkg-giraffe.

Please check. The public key is uploaded to the sks-keyservers and will
be available in the next days in the keyserver network.
