[Pkg-giraffe-discuss] Python script kopano-cachestat.py in /usr/sbin ?

Hi,

while looking into the issue Guid was found I also found the script
kopano-cachestat.py isn't installed right now. This script is installed
into debian/tmp/usr/sbin from the installation routine of kopanocore.

Lintian is of course giving out a warning if would install that script
into kopano-server this way.
So we could remove the extension from this Python script and adjust the
shebang inside or we install that file into /usr/share/kopano. By this
it would be accessible to all user of the system instead to privileged
users.

What to do here?
(Maybe some more explanation could be placed inside this script what the
use case is for?)
