We are getting off topic my original email ... but anyway,
kopano-webapp-plugin-meetings got the same issue.

Like the kopano-webapp-plugin-files source packages, this archive also
doesn't contain the needed tools/ folder. So I can't also doing not much
here.

But before diving into this more complex extension (this needs the
spreed server running before) I'd like to package the *-files and/or
SMIME plugin.
