Indeed I was never left without help from the zarafa/kopano guys, one way or another, at least from my experience over the past few years.

Thank you Carsten. It would be great to participate and I would obviously love to.

Trouble is... Two children at home are keeping me busy during the weekends and I live in the UK (although I am actually Italian) therefore it would take me a while to travel there.

(although of course I could bring the children + wife along in which case perhaps that may be possible, but I am not sure whether that's something people normally do for those meetings?).
