don't worry about that new probably unexpected Lintian errors. It's
about 3 months ago Guido uploaded kopanocore to NEW and Lintian got
evolved in the between times. And it's final time to get packages into
testing. :-)

I haven't looked that much in a new (re)build, but that's obviously not
much what have to change from the technical side. For the switch to PHP7
only we will find a way (with your help) to get it all in a desirable shape.

I'm a bit unsure if we should stay at 8.1.0 for a next try. It will
definitely just happen next year after the hard freeze. So no rush
needed to get things done.
I will find some time to sort the new things out in the next days.
