[Pkg-giraffe-discuss] reworking of kopano-webapp package

Hi,

after nearly 20h of hacking while the DGM (with some breaks of course
:-) ) I've uploaded right now the current state of kopano-webapp for now
to my GitHub account (only).

https://github.com/tijuca/zarafa-webapp

After some thinking about the various possible usable web servers we
came to the conclusion to provide web server configurations for Apache2
and Nginx at least and later on also for lighttpd.
So I worked on the needed changes to split of the current files and
configurations and with my small and quick testing I can say what the
packages kopano-webapp-apache2 and -nginx are working so far out of the box.

Before we (I suppose Guido *g*) can do a upload to NEW we should do some
more testing. That should be more or less easy as kopanocore is now
available in unstable and I will upload some packages for testing into
the pkg-giraffe on Alioth [1] later.

I'm quite sure there are things that need to be fixed up and corrected,
might it typos or missing dependencies and configurations.
If someone can provide a working configuration for lighttpd I really
appreciate such a help because I never really used lighttpd before!
