some days ago I've tried to build against the existing gsoap packages
but the additional check from Jan (I was requesting) for the needed
gsoap features was breaking with kopanocoare 8.3.0 and gsoap 2.8.35.

So I'd say we will need at least a newer gsoap package > 2.8.36.
