I guess the intention is to not hard depend on a version of gsoap but
check if the needed feature and output of /usr/bin/soapcpp2 is provided.
But as far as I remember the needed functionality is now only available
>= 2.8.37. I'd check for a minimum version first and than check the
needed feature set, but Jan has written that all.
