I uploaded a version 2.3.7-1~exp1 to pkg-giraffe experimental.

I've compacted and compressed the various commits about working on the
patch queue a bit and also modified some of the commit messages a bit. I
also dropped old commit around various snapshot builds before preparing
the changelog file for the package to keep the possibility to start with
a Debian version 2.3.7-1 for a upload to NEW.

I also pushed afterwards the modified tree's debian/sid, pristine-tar
and upstream to Alioth.
