[Pkg-giraffe-discuss] TinyMCE Powerpaste plugin within kopano-webapp

Hi,

as we talked a bit about the Powerpaste plugin for TinyMCE and the
currently not working editor on the Kopano Conference 2017 ... I've
tooked again a look at this and I can't see any reason why we can't ship
this TinyMCE plugin completely (except the flash part of course). And I
can't explain why I have dropped this in the past. :/

The shipped plugin itself is also licensed AGPL-3 like the k-w source,
so it can be also placed inside the package. I need to change the
copyright file then also too.

I will do a new import of the source with a additional '+dfsg1' part to
mark the cleaned out state of the source in the next days. This will
bring in then a version 3.3.1+dfsg1.
