I had another look at libkcserver-ldap.so and friends, and I think I 
want to keep the general location. The libtool script `./kopano-server` 
executed from a source working tree sets LD_LIBRARY_PATH and therefore, 
the dlopen call will load ./.libs/libkcserver-ldap.so. If we were to use 
a dedicated plugin directory, that would not be as easy.
