Hi everyone,

thanks for all your input on the Z-push branching discussion :)
I've just prepared 2.3.9-1 and after some testing I'll push it to Salsa.

As usual, staging is here: https://github.com/roelvanmeer/z-push-packaging

Please let me know if anything should have been done differently.
