[Pkg-giraffe-discuss] Patches for kopanocore and kopano-webapp

Hi Carsten,

I've been rebuilding kopanocore and kopano-webapp on Jessie. While doing  
that, I've come across a couple of small things that don't matter for current  
unstable, but do help when rebuilding on older releases or if you're trying  
to replace the Kopano-built packages with the Debian ones. I shall post them  
here; please use them at your own discretion.
