[Pkg-giraffe-discuss] kopanocore: working on 8.6.82

Hi,

as I've got some time on Friday evening I was working again a bit on
kopanocore.

As Mark stated version 8.7 is right on the corner I imported 8.6.82 to
take this as the base to update the package.

Also Now that also debhelper 12 will be finally introduced I also moved
over to this and bumped the compat content to 12.

The package was quickly updated and I was able to get a successful build
of the binaries from the upstream source also very quickly. Thanks to
dh12 we see now on default which files from the temporary installation
folder are not within the packages. The following list is a left over
from what I already updated. I guess it should be easy to decide which
binary we need in which package for Mark, some (the most) we don't need
I expect.

The autopkgtest [1] is still failing, this needs investigation while
working on kopanocore in Essen.
I haven't worked on the Python3 packages.

I pushed all to GitHub instead to Salsa because I'm not fully sure if
all the modification I've done make sense in the end. Should be no
problem to chery-pick and rebase to the final state.
