[Pkg-giraffe-maintainers] Bug#861775: kopanocore: src:kopanocore has a harcoded php7.0-mapi binary

Marking this bug as serious, because it will FTBFS every time we bump
default PHP release, and that's exactly the thing we wanted to avoid.

Please rename the package to php-mapi and generated correct provides
based on the version used to compile the extension - you can use:
`php-config --version | cut -f1-2 -d.` to check for the default version.

Ideally you should walk through all available PHP versions
(/usr/sbin/phpquery -V) and rebuild the extension for all available PHP
versions (see dh-php package for inspiration how to do so, if you want
to do that).
