unfortunately your are right. The ldap.cfg file was getting lost between
updating the version in unstable. I've added the missing file to the
packaging.

To prevent such issues in the future we should extend the autopkgtest.

Interested to provide some basic LDAP data for such a test and the
required steps to make such a test working? (Not necessarily within this
bug report.)
