you are unspecific here. What problems or issues did you discover on this?

This is correct so far. The Debian packages for z-push doesn't ship any
nginx configuration files right now no matter they are available within
the usptream source.

Right now that is the case, so far nobody before you came up with this
problem and reported this issue to the BTS.

But you can pick up the files provided by upstream and adjust them to
your needs.

And some additional important note!
Keep in mind that the z-push package is orphaned since some time and
will not get shipped within the next Debian 11 Bullseye release! There
is no active maintainer for this package active so it's unlikely the
missing nginx configurations files will get added soon. But it would be
good to open up a issue about the missing files in the Debian BTS so
it's better visible for other users or potential new maintainers too.
