Sounds like a good plan to me. The upload to experimental should also
close #454809, I think. Also, as the upload involves a soname bump, an
email to debian-release asking for a transition slot in unstable seems
appropriate. Can you guys please handle the experimental/unstable
uploads? I'll try to find time to prepare the security upload for
stable.
