[Pkg-gmagick-im-team] Split imagemagick into imagemagick and imagemagick-doc

Hi!

What do you think about splitting imagemagick into imagemagick and
imagemagick-doc? (#233376)
It seems interesting to have a package of only 67K (with an
imagemagick-doc of 2,2M)

Probably needs more work, but it seems functional:

Opinions, suggestion, etc?
