[Pkg-gmagick-im-team] SVN, bug triage, etc

Hi!

First, thank you for accepting me on project.

While playing with the latest version of imagemagick (3.6.7-1), I did
this little bug triage:

25 bugs (from our BTS) are fixed
2 are maybe fixed
12 are still present
And I couldn't reproduce more 3 of them (that may be fixed or I didn't
understand them very well).
(For sure there are more bugs that I didn't review)

Where can I commit this (messy) debian changelog (and some other
things) that I have modified?
I saw on SVN that the debian dir is debian-7:6.2.4.5.dfsg1-2.
Shouldn't we have a trunk dir?
