This list contains binary packages, not source packages. Once converted
to the source packages, there are only 28 packages that need to be
rebuilt. I rebuilt all of them, and here are the results:

The only three failures related to imagemagick are dx, librmagick-ruby,
and vips.

There's a new upstream version for librmagick-ruby which supports
imagemagick 6.3.

So, I think that you can upload to unstable. If you do that soon, I can
rebuild all the packages in Debian, and file RC bugs on all packages
that fail to build (there might be some other packages, that don't
explicitely build-depends on depends on imagemagick). I'll be offline
starting on friday, so ideally, you would upload to unstable today, so I
have time to rebuild and file the bugs.
