Hi,

With a straightforward substitution of libmagick9-dev to
libmagickcore-dev in build-deps, there were no build problems, but the
resulting package could not read bmp files for one reason or another.
The preview function in the file selector showed bmps however, so the
support is apparently not completely broken.

Unfortunately I don't have time to start debugging this right now, so
I would appreciate help on fixing this, if and when these libraries
are uploaded to unstable.
