[Pkg-gmagick-im-team] Bug#523401: Please downgrade Recommends on imagemagick-doc to Suggests

Hi,

subject says all. Please downgrade the Recommends of imagemagick and
perlmagick on imagemagick-doc to Suggests.
I don't think that the documentation matches the definition of
Recommends in the policy and should be automatically installed
(especially as the is quite big ~20 M)
