[Pkg-gmagick-im-team] Bug#554128: imagemagick: resize does not function with "^" delimiter

Using the resize function does not work if you try to use the "^" 
delimiter to fill a given area. There are no aparent errors outputted, 
and jsut leaves a broken image. Attempts at using the command without a 
"^" functions as intended.
