I don't think this is a bug in redmine :

"This installation of RMagick was configured with ImageMagick 6.5.5 but
ImageMagick 6.5.7-8 is in use."

means the version of librmagick-ruby1.8 you use expects libmagickcore2 6.5.5,
not 6.5.7
either upgrade librmagick, or downgrade libmagickcore2.
