You are using apt-listchanges, right?
This NEWS file is displayed by apt-listchanges
I really don't see anything wrong on the NEWS file.
CCing Pierre as he maintains apt-listchanges (and maybe could spot
something wrong on my NEWS file or some known problem with
apt-listchanges).
