Please I know this may come to you by supprise , because you did not know me, I needed your assistance that was why I write you, it is my desire of going into relationship with you.

 

My name is Mrs Elizabeth Ngoran a nationality of Kuwait. I am married to late Mr. Ngoran Leo Frank; who worked with Kuwait embassy in Ivory Coast for eleven years before he died in the year 2002. I have no family because my husband and I had no child before his death. He died after the illness that lasted for long four days. Before his death we were both born again Christians. When my late husband was alive we deposited the sum of $6.5 Million (Six Million Five Hundred Thousand U.S. Dollars) with one of good banks here in Cote d'Ivoire . Presently, this money is still with the bank. Recently my Doctor told me that I would not last for the next two months due to my cancer problem. 

 

Though what disturbs me most is my stroke. Having known my condition I I decided to bequeath all of my inheritance that is $6.5 million Dollars to a charity or to a person of God fearing so that the money used to build an orphanage, hospital or any other action going in the field of charitable effort since i have no child that will inherit this our wealth. I do not want our inheritance to be managed by a non God fearing person and that was why i deemed it necessary to look for you knowing fully well that you are a God fearing some one who can manage this our inheritance and utilize it just as i instructed not for selfish and luxury. 



I am not afraid of death hence I know where I am going to. I know that I am going to be in the bosom of the Lord. Exodus 14 VS 14 says that the lord will fight my case and I shall hold my peace. I don´t need any telephone communication in this regard because of my health because of the presence of my family relatives around me always. I don´t want them to know about this development. With God all things are possible. As soon as I receive your reply I shall give you the contact of the Finance/bank. I will also issue you a letter of authority that will empower you as the new beneficiary of this fund. I want you and your family to always pray for me because the lord is my shepherd. 



If you are of good character or know about any charity organizations or a person working for the underprivileged and children with the fear of God, please do not hesitate to contact me as soon as possible because I am weakened by these diseases and do not know if I will live to see the 2 months that I have been given to die. 



IT IS URGENT PLEASE. EVEN WHEN YOU ARE NOT ABLE WRITE ME AND NOTIFY ME QUICKLY SO THAT I CAN SEE WHAT TO DO.
