[Pkg-gmagick-im-team] Creating alternative for imagemagick/graphickmagick

Dear daniel, dear imagemagick maintener,

Maintening imagemagick is a pain (upstream breakage of API/ABI), and I
believe it will be better to switch a lot of package to builddep on
graphickmagick.

I do not think we could get this result with the new release, so I
think a reasonable goal will be to offer a imagemagick/graphickmagick
alternative.

Do you agree with this goal ?

The first step will to rename imagemagick package to imagemagick-bin,
and imagemagick will be a dummy package depending on imagemagick-bin
