[Pkg-gmagick-im-team] Bug#753770: imagemagick-common 6.8 breaks imagemagick 6.7 and perlmagick

when imagemagick-common 8:6.8.8.9-3 is installed with imagemagick or
perlmagick 8:6.7.7.10+dfsg-4, the latter break:

$ convert test.pdf test.png
convert.im6: unable to access configure file `delegates.xml' @ warning/configure.c/GetConfigureOptions/591.

(there is not even a nonzero exit code).

this should be fixed by declaring a Breaks relationship from
imagemagick-common to the affected imagemagick packages of smaller
versions (possibly more packages are affected than the abovementioned)
before it gets uploaded to unstable.
