[Pkg-gmagick-im-team] rose.jpg license?

Hi,

I am updating php-zmq to new version and found out that it includes
rose.jpg taken from ImageMagick[1] in the tests. Do you have a clue
about the license of the rose.jpg image, so I can include the license in
d/copyright? I wasn't able to find any license information using the web
(only more references to ImageMagick and image manipulation).

It might be a public domain now, but I am already causing ftp-masters
headaches with my uploads, so I want to make this right this time :)

I sent the same question to ImageMagick (using the web form), but you
might already have a clue...
