Not sure if this is right. The CVE-2017-12664 was done for the
https://github.com/ImageMagick/ImageMagick/commit/db1ffb6cf44bcfe5c4d5fcf9d9109ded5617387f
part of the https://github.com/ImageMagick/ImageMagick/issues/574
issue.

should bee #869721 (already tracked as such).

But maybe I'm wrong, please double-check and correct me if I got it
wrong way!
