[Pkg-gmagick-im-team] Bug#847282: imagemagick-doc: fails to upgrade wheezy -> jessie -> stretch

control: severity -1 important

Let decrease the severity to something not RC. I need to know if the
problem is in dpkg or imagemagick. And I do not want to block the
security update of imagemagick.
