[Pkg-gmagick-im-team] Wheezy update of imagemagick?

The LTS team has been handling these on a regular basis.  I have already
reserved the package in dla-needed.txt.  Unless someone speaks up to say
that they don't want me working on this, I will start working on it
soon.
