[Pkg-gmagick-im-team] Bug#858444: imagemagick: JPEG-2000 files are not understood

ImageMagick doesn't understand files in JPEG-2000 format. Here is a
terminal transcript:

ImageMagick used to understand JPEG-2000 files on the current machine, so
once upon a time, the above `convert' command would have worked.

The machine was upgraded from Debian 7 to Debian 8 a few months ago. That
seems to be the cause of the problem.
