[Pkg-gmagick-im-team] Bug#893925: imagemagick: drop libtool-bin from Build-Depends

Please drop libtool-bin from Build-Depends. We want to remove that
package from unstable. It contains a pre-configured libtool. If you want
to use libtool, please use the libtool package and run libtoolize. In
this case, it seems that the dependency is entirely unused as a build
without it succeeds. Please consider applying the attached patch.
