As discussed, I think this solution is a good one. Unfortunately, it
wasn't implemented properly. Now, libmagickwand-6.q16-dev Provides
libmagickcore-dev, but I think it should provide libmagickwand-dev.
Nothing presently provides libmagickwand-dev.

Having it provide libmagickcore-6.defaultquantum-dev also looks fishy to
me.
