[Pkg-gmagick-im-team] Bug#910482: libmagickcore-6.q16-6-extra: SVG error messages and/or rendering errors if inkscape not installed

Dear Maintainer,

With libmagickcore-6.q16-6-extra installed, "display" (symlinked to
display-im6.q16) renders validated SVG files incorrectly or not at all
(exited with

"display-im6.q16: non-conforming drawing primitive definition `path' @ error/draw.c/DrawImage/4216."

) if inkscape is not installed.  Therefore, since inkscape is so
essential for processing SVG files I suggest that inkscape be promoted from "Suggests:"
to "Recommends:" for libmagickcore-6.q16-6-extra or else the package description should
mention that inkscape is essential to SVG success.
