[Pkg-gmagick-im-team] Imagemajick 7

Hi

It's been a while since Imagemajick has been updated in Debian, and I
need the newer imagemajick (7+) as a dependency for the latest tuxpaint.

On debian-devel it was suggested that the drop-in replacement
graphicsmajick might work, but it's incompatible with the features that
tuxpaint uses.

Any objections if I go ahead and prepare and upload an NMU for the
latest imagemajick?
