[Pkg-gmagick-im-team] Bug#961906: imagemagick-6.q16: HEIC image - display shows video inverse

This particular HEIC image shows with wrong colours in
display-im6.q16, but convert-im6.q16 produces a JPEG file that display
correctly.

I attach a display screenshot, the HEIC image and the JPEG produced by
convert-im6.q16.
