this will be fixed by the next upload of imagemagick which is currently waiting
in the NEW queue:

$ dpkg -x imagemagick-6-doc_6.9.12.20+dfsg1-1_all.deb target
$ rgrep 'iframe.*/>' target |wc -l
0
